He was born in 1976 in Çanakkale. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education, he left his university education and started his business life. In 1995, he settled in Ankara and worked in various projects in the field of computer and information technologies. Between 1998 and 2000, he continued his studies in the fields of military defense and security by conducting strategic and geographical research on Middle Eastern countries and gained experience by examining the threat and risk dimensions of the internal and external security elements of the countries. Between 2000 and 2005, he conducted research on Turkic Republics and Balkan countries in the fields of weapons, defense and intelligence technologies. He worked on technological infrastructure, defense, electronic warfare and similar studies in line with the interests of our country. Between 2005 and 2012, he provided consultancy services on foreign trade and market research, determined the supply-demand needs of countries and carried out R&D studies in this direction.
Focusing on military defense and weapon systems, between 2013 and 2015, he took part in the management of many projects and ensured the development of smart weapon systems and related sub-technologies, specializing in weapons, ballistics and ammunition. In 2017, he established GMKA DEFENSE INDUSTRY IMPORT EXPORT INC. order to take part in the market of both our country and other countries by determining the needs of weapons and defense systems against internal and external threats by conducting examinations in real fields and geographical areas in our country and managing the entire process from design, production and software components to the end user.
In the light of the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk , in the centenary year of our Republic, it established GMKA FOUNDATION on October 29, 2023 in order to provide expanded learning opportunities beyond traditional resources, to serve our country gratuitously in line with education, art, technology and scientific studies that will extend from past ages to future innovations.
With its experience in the sector, it continues to work on defense industry, international military security, military education and cooperation.
