Born on September 19, 1968 in Sivas, he moved to Istanbul with his family and completed his education at Melahat Şefizade Primary School, Kadıköy Secondary School and Kenan Evren High School. After graduating from Istanbul University Department of Political Science and International Relations, he completed his master’s degree in Economic Policy at Marmara University and his PhD program in Political Science and International Relations at Gelişim University.
Between 1998-2010, he worked as a customs clearance and logistics manager in various companies in the private sector, between 2010-2019, he worked on recycling solid waste legislation, he has a Press Card, he is also a member of the high divan board and congress of Fenerbahçe club, advisor to the Marmara strategic and social research foundation, and President of the Rising Turkey Institute.
He also continues his life as a member of the Board of Directors of GMKA DEFENSE INDUSTRY IMPORT EXPORT INC. which was established in 2017.
