MILITARY INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT
•Technical features of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) documents, software and application service,
•Inspection and examination methods and related issues,
•Installation of “ Entegre Lojistik Destek (ELD) / Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)” systems,
•Logistics support elements, life cycle cost analysis and the development of related software,
•Preparation of system / subsystem user manuals within the scope of ILS, preparation of training documents on system / subsystem.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT (ILS)

FROM THE DETERMINATION OF NEEDS, ILS;
It is a system that ensures at every stage from
•Design and Production,
•Supply, Storage & Distribution
•Operational Maintenance, Repair and Dismantling
to Disposal, activities are carried out in a computerized environment with minimal paper use, and withsecure information sharing, in line with the principles determined in relation to each other.
The Integrated Logistics Support System includes all administrative and technical activities that cost-effectively plan the definition, design, development, production, supply, deployment, operation, support and decommissioning of the system and the logistic support related to the system / platform to be purchased throughout its life cycle, and ensure the implementation of this plan.
INTEGRATED LOGISTIC SUPPORT ELEMENTS IN GENERAL:

Underlying these plans and analyses is the analysis of logistic support. This basis must always be taken into account.
ILS SERVICE APPROACH:
Integrated Logistic Support Elements Descriptions:
Manpower and Personnel Plan
It covers the determination of the number of personnel and skill levels required to use the system effectively.
Although this plan and its execution will be carried out by the end user, the support needed in planning and determining the level of training to be given to the personnel will be provided by GMKA.
Supply Support
It is the planning of the availability of consumables and repair materials and system spares at the right time, in the right place, with the desired specifications in order to ensure the continuity of maintenance activities.
The necessary optimization analyses will be carried out by GMKA on the spare parts lists determined after the logistic analyses carried out to meet the readiness requirements, then recommendations and suggestions will be presented to the end user.
Support and Test Equipment
It is the management of the support and test equipment needed directly or indirectly for maintenance activities to ensure system operation.
Support and test equipment are provided as a part of the project. Following the logistic analyzes to be carried out by GMKA, the necessary support and test equipment will be easily identified.
Training and Training Tools
It entails determining the training needs of the personnel within the organization and developing appropriate programs.
Technical Documentation
It is the responsibility of determining the need for all technical documentation that the system user and maintenance personnel will need for the effective use and maintenance of the system and keeping it up-to-date.
In addition to the operating instructions, it includes the periodic maintenance and malfunction repair methods of the system. Illustrated parts catalogs will also be included in the technical documents.
Computer Technologies and Information Systems Resources
Determining the need for computer technologies and information systems that will be needed for the effective use and management of a system and providing integration with existing systems.
Packaging, Transport, Storage and Transportation
It covers the development of precautions and procedures related to the packaging, handling, storage and transportation of the system. In addition to implementation by the manufacturer during the first shipment, it covers the methods and precautions to be applied by the end user during the transportation of the system / subsystems from one place to another throughout the life cycle.
Facility Requirements
It covers the determination of the facility features specifications required for the maintenance of the Facility Requirements sSystems and the training of the personnel, as well as and the supply procurement of the facility and the definition identification of the usage principles.
If required by the end user, additional infrastructure need studies may be requested for new systems and devices. In case of such a need, an infrastructure need report can be prepared by GMKA. Thus, by making a final assessment of the needs to be determined, these needs will separately be determined as:
– can be met with the existing facilities,
– can be met by making changes in the existing facilities,
– It can be met by building a new facility .
In case the arising infrastructure needs will be met by making changes in existing facilities or building new facilities, the necessary investments will be planned and met.
Reliability and Maintainability
Covers how long a system will be used before it fails, and how long it will take to repair it if it fails, determining confidence degrees and developing maintainability methodologies.
Operational needs require platforms and systems to be available and functional at certain percentages. After the system selection, it must be demonstrated to the end user that this readiness requirement is met with the available data.
