Homeland defense is necessary for a country to defend itself, for its citizens to feel safe, and to act as a deterrent to other countries. The most important thing that a country needs for its independence is a defense made of steel.
A defense plan is a planned formation and maneuvers, including the details necessary to ensure the defense of a position or area against an enemy attack. These plans include matters such as distribution of troops to territories, establishment of security, coordination of fires and interference with counter assaults.
